Swiss-Model do not offer any illegal services. The agreed fees are only for the companionship with the Escorts. Anything else that happens is a matter of personal choice between two or more adults of a legal age.

2. Free Decision

You confirm that you are deciding on your own to work as an Escort and nobody is forcing you to do anything that you do not want yourself and that nobody is asking you for money that you are working apart of the agency fee.

3. Agency Fee

You agree to pay Swiss Model Agency their agency fees for marketing, advertisement, websites, phone service. The agency is fee has to be paid also when you decide to stop working for the arranged meetings. You agree that Swiss-Model can leave your photos online until owed fees are paid in full.

4. Legal Age

You confirm that are in the adult age and it is legal for you to work in the Escort business.

5. Working Permission

You confirm that you have a legal working permission in the country that you are working.

6. Taxes

The declaration of taxes for your income out of the escort business is in your own responsibility.

7. Photos

You agree that Swiss-Model put your photos on different websites and make advertisement for you. You confirm that the photos you are sending are genuine and without any copyrights and free for use.

8. Clients

You confirm that you do not give your personal number to clients and meeting them directly as Swiss-Model has invested a lot of money for websites, advertisement, and infrastructure.

3. Agenturanteil

Du bist einverstanden Swiss Model Agency die vereinbarte Agenturanteile für Marketing, Werbung, Website und Telefondienst zu zahlen. Die Agenturanteile sind ebenfalls zu zahlen, wenn Du beschliesst, bei Swiss-Model aufzuhören. Zudem bist Du einverstanden, dass Swiss-Model sich das Recht vorbehält, Deine Fotos und Name online zu belassen, bis die geschuldeten Agenturanteile vollständig bezahlt sind.

4. Gesetzliches Mindestalter

Du bestätigst, dass Du das gesetzliche Mindestalter erreicht hast, damit Du als Escortdame arbeiten darfst.

5. Arbeitsbewilligung

Du bestätigst, dass Du eine allfällig notwendige Arbeitsbewilligung besitzt von dem Land, in dem Du arbeitest.

6. Steuern

Die Deklaration von steuerpflichtigen Einnahmen sind in Deiner eigenen Verantwortung, da Du selbständig erwerbend bist.

7. Photos

Du willigst ausdrücklich ein, dass Swiss-Model Deine Fotos auf verschiedenen Websites verwenden und damit Werbung betreiben darf. Du bestätigst, dass die eingesandten Fotos Deine Person abbilden und keine Urheberrechte verletzen und frei für die Benutzung durch Swiss-Model sind.

8. Kunden

Du bestätigst, dass Du nicht Deine Telefonnummer gibst und Kunden über die Agentur triffst, da Swiss-Model viel Kapital in die Website, Werbung und Infrastruktur investiert.
